- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.

Ribble Valley Care Home - Everyone has enjoyed celebrating St Georgeās Day! Thank you, to our fabulous cook for the amazing food - the English dishes went down a treat! The cake was absolutely amazing! Thank you, for going the extra mile! Residents enjoyed the themed crafts and quiz! Well done everyone for taking part! #happystgeorgesday
